Young people today are taught that God is either irrelevant or non-existent, and that truth is "whatever we make it"--and we wonder why society is in disarray and why children have no respect for anything or anyone. The purpose of The Solomon Bunch is to inspire young people to look to God's Word as the source of Truth--and  to show them in a fun way how His principles apply to situations they face today.

Frequently Asked...
WHO IS PRODUCING TSB?

This is an independent film being produced by Creekside Christian Academy in McDonough, GA, with assistance from Pinecrest Baptist Church in McDonough. The vast majority of the crew are volunteer, although there are a number of veteran crewpersons in key positions.

IS THIS A FEATURE FILM OR A TV SHOW?

The answer is "yes." The length is such that it will work as a feature film on DVD, but will also fill an hour-long time slot on television. There are currently no plans for a wide-scale theater release, although anything could happen as things progress.

WHAT FORMAT WILL TSB BE SHOT ON?

For you techies out there, this film was shot with the new CineAlta PMW-F3 from Sony. This camera is a direct competitor to the RED platform that has been used for a number of years on well-known films. Lenses were primarily Zeiss cinema primes.

WHERE WILL TSB BE SHOT?

Most locations for this project are in central Georgia. Because of the budget and tight shooting schedule, we had to keep everything within a couple of hours of each other.

WHO IS DIRECTING TSB?

Jason Prisk is one of the writers and the director. While this is his first feature, he has been producing and directing professional video productions for corporations and ministries over the past twenty years. He has received national awards for his work in radio and television.
